Well, I hate to quosh the speculation, but I looked up what it is today at work. Highlight the following text if you want to know: "Emergency psychiatric assistance needed in response to incident in clinical area."

But you're free to keep guessing...

I work at a hospital in Prince Edward Island in Canada, and we use a set of 8 Emergency Colour Codes... here they are (these are North America's Standard Colour Codes, i'm just typing this off a sheet we recieved) Code Red- Fire Code Green- Total Evacuation of the Facility (this is a very rare occurance as most patients would not me ambulatory, also, the hospital is equiped with special equipment to seal off fire areas) Code Black-Bomb Code Yellow- Abduction or Missing Patient Code Orange- External Disaster Code Blue- CPR or Code Blue Team Response..(example: (called over PA system)" Attention Please, Code Blue to resusitation bay in 5 minutes" this would mean that a specialized team of doctors, nurses, lab techs and a respiratory technologist would go to the resusitation bay because a patient who was not breathing or was not breathing and didn't have a pulse was being brought in by ambulance, code blues can be called to any section of the hospital.) Code Grey: Air Exclusion (Noxious Gases) Code Brown: Hazardous Spills (Chemicals) This would be called if a chemotherapy solution was spilled in the cancer treatment wing.
