Total and utter pap.

It got to a point in the film where I wanted both the goodie and the baddie to die. Then I just wanted the goodie to die a horrible death as I got sick of him dogging a hail or machine gun bullets then taking out the person firing with a single shot. Film was to long and took ages to get started.

On the up side the music was good. And the baddie wasn't to hard on the eye either.

Maybe your expectations were too high....John Woo films are known for their impossible special effects and tackyness.....I'd hardly call it a good film but I enjoyed it well enough....

One of my main criticisms of the first one was that it was too short so at least they remedied that...

It did get a little strange in the cinema over here cos the Swiss audience kept applauding, cheering and whistling just about everything that Cruise did which was freaking me right out....

Well it was better than the first one. But some on the stunts boarded on stupid. Even Tom Curise a versitle actor couldn't really pull it off.

You wanna see Romeo Must Die if you want to see crazy stunts which just aren't possible....they're all faked in Matrix style, at least in Matrix the plot had an excuse for the fantastic stunts....

As for Tom Cruise being versatile.....I just couldn't comment....it wouldn't be fair on his wife ;)
