Taking you Home remix...is it on Napster?

I know this is redundant, but about the ER remix of "Taking You Home" by Don Henley. I'm just wondering if anyone has found it on Napster. I looked for it under every possible name. HELP!

I also thought that as well. I wouldn't even try to do that of I were you. I'm not saying you'd get into trouble but it may not work at all right now with the lawsuit thing.

Thanks to Metallica(those bastar*s!!!) I got banned from napster, because i downloaded a song off their new album, even when i tried to use a different name I couldn't. They piss me off. As if they don't have enough money. I don't know if anyone else can.

Most of us expect to be paid for our life's work. If you are a writer, musician, or some other artist, your work is easily taken for free, especially with today's technology. I do NOT go to Napster and am glad they are being investigated. There is a place for charity, but this isn't it, IMO. And it doesn't matter how much money someone has, it's still their work and they deserve to be paid for it (besides, many people get a cut). That's why we've had ASCAP and BMI (I think that's right) all these years as well as copyright laws--to protect the rights of the artists. One way to look at it is if we don't compensate our artists for their work, they'll be working at other jobs and we won't have their contributions to our society.
