When I left the General Conference on Sunday, there were 3 slots to be filled for Bishop... 2 retirements and 1 locating... 1)What was the committee's final report on this issue; and 2) What was the outcome of the election?

I can't comment on the committee's report, but I can speak to the outcome of the election. There were four Bishops elected: Rev. Vashti McKenzie, Baltimore; Rev. Richard Norris, Philadelphia; Rev. Gregory Ingrams, Detroit; and Rev. Preston Williams, Atlanta.
