I only have one major regret in my whole life. I moved out of my parent's house at the age of 19, or I was actually pushed out, but that's another story and not a regretful one. Anyway, I got my own apartment that was small but cozy and had a lot of charachter. I loved it. I felt so free and independant living alone. Then I met this girl that I became friends with at work. She needed a roomate, and I was quick to take the offer. I thought it would be a fun time. Now I look back and I say to myself *DOH!!* It was nothing but fighting and listening to her having very loud sex in the other room. She got me into drugs and got me into heavy drinking. It was not the healtiest of choices that I made, and if I could go back I would stay on my own and live in that cramped, cozy apartment for years.
