It's time for the Formerly Great Forest Park meet in St. Louis (on Sunday July 16). Mike and I were planning on leaving KC on Saturday morning, and spending the night in St. Louis. I plan on being there. While this seems to be the year for me (especially considering I have almost memorized the courses), I'll probably jog the courses with Bobbi.

Currently, the plan is for three loops. Long course runners will run all three, Medium course runners will run two and Short course runners just one. Because there are loops, I may be recruited to premark some maps. And because I had the audacity to use over 30 controls for all three courses, I've been asked to be there early to place markers.

But I do look forward to it. As I spoke with Yvonne, the words 'trap-o' came up about as often as 'this should be fun!'

Oh, and we can't leave until sometime after 5 Saturday. That dread dragon called Werk still afflicts us...
