Why no left sided midfielder??? The club said Bassedas was a box to box central midfielder at the time of signing.

Coming YBR is keeping things tight but I reckon we still need :- Another left back if Domi moves and a left winger if Glass goes. As well as a bit more cover for Speed and Bobby Lee. A goalie might be on the cards - there's been so many rumours about

I have to say I don't really understand the point behind Glass. Why doesn't Bobby rate him?

I'm as baffled by the whole Steven Glass situation as yourself TM. It's amazing how deep a hole the lad seems to have fallen in, whether or not it's of his own digging. It was surprising he didn't get a sniff the whole of last season after he was apparently fit again, even off the bench for Domi. Even more surprising is the fact he has been on the transfer list since February (?) and that no club, not even a Scottish first division one has come in for him. Kind of makes me wonder about his injury and whether it's one of those career-threatening things. But then why would he have spat the dummy at not getting any playing opportunities ? Makes no sense. Maybe it's purely a case of him no longer being a youngster - 24 now apparently - and YBR believing he'll never make the grade. Which also wouldn't make sense to many of us on here.

Actually he did come off the bench toward the end of the Liverpool game. I only remember that cause he's the only squad member to have played in that game whose autograph I never managed to get on my program. He wasn't on long enough to make much impression from what I remember. It would be interesting to know what the real story is with him.
