Is there any one of the cameras which can capture BMP format images ?

Not that I know of, but why would you ever want a bmp image?

The Sony FD-91 does - but only at 640 X 480.Des

If your intent is to imediately save it as a background, you could open up the picture in your web browser and then right click on the file to get your new background. At that point, it would be a Bitmap file in your Windows directory.If that is not the intent, most photoeditting programs will allow you to SAVE AS the picture into a different format.

Cause, I want print it without any JPEG Deformations.

Many digicams will save in TIFF format, which is lossless like bmp.
