BBS Corinthian League Stottie Cup Round 1 Draw

Stottie Cup

This season sees the start of a new Cup competition to go with BBSCLFA Cup (which starts after game 17 as usual). The competition will follow this pattern:

Round 1 - Divs 1 and 2 play each other
Round 2 - Winners of round 1 will be reduced to 8 teams
Round 3 - Winners of Round 2 will be drawn against bottom 8 of premiership (3 promoted sides + 9-13 from last season)
Round 4 - Last 8 will be drawn against winners of Round 3
Quarter Finals
Semi Finals
Finals

This is what I've been waiting for for years. The glory of the cup. This is what its all about. Its a knockout and we're going to play our joker straightaway. Welcome Galaxy and your Stella Warriors. We're Broon Ale boys but you bring that Belgian stuff if you want. Just don't expect decent netties at Langley Park.

Mind, its not going to be easy. 4th plays 3rd and there's a division between us. Not that that means anything as we were forced to start at the bottom and Glaxo has been around for ages.

There's another few interrsting fixtures lined up but who cares. I don't. All I want is a rise in my pension and a free bus pass. Oh yes and another cup of tea please.
