Tom brought up the intense California daylight in my last posting. It is really difficult at times, and my solution here was to use the light as much as possible rather than fight it.

Someone else reading here must shoot in this light, I'd be interested in what they have done with it.

These guys are so identical that some of my shots look like a photoshop cut-and-paste.

You do well at shooting in such harsh light. I never seem to be able to get results in same. Very nice moment with both twins smiling in sync like that. The dark pole/pipe is well placed in your composition here. It offers balance and something else interesting besides just two smiling dudes. Now, if it were me, I would have made sure to place that pole right behind one of the subjects to make it look like it was poking out of his head, but that's just typical me! :-)
