Lens for Sony S70

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Imaging Resource Discussion : One Thread

I've my Sony S70 with the adaptor ring (52mm then). I want to have a wide angle conversion lens now except Sony brand. I know Raynox gets some for this model and want to ask:-

1) Is Raynox a plastic lens or glass lens? 2) If I add wide angle conversion lens, then I have to set to macro mode for taking photo, so I cannot use the internal flash as it will think it's macro mode, and the flash light will be set to low automatically? 3) Anyone has tried using Raynox lens? Any comments?

By the way, does anyone know the website of Raynox lens? And any online site where I can order lens?

Many thanks Chris

Try the manufacturer's site for Kenko adapter lenses. At the site, click the link for Kenko wideangle and telephoto lenses for digital/video. The lens are are available through CKC Power and B & H PhotoVideo, among others.
