I have the Fujifilm DX-10 digital camera. I have downloaded tons of pics on my pc. I went into my picture shuttle and saw that there was an update tab listed under the view button so I thought that would give me some updates, instead it deleted my camera and now I only have a sample file listed there. My book says if that camera icon is not there I need to click update and I did that and nothing happens. I have uninstalled and reloaded this program 4 times. The cords are all in working order and have not been moved and are in the same port as when I downloaded a few weeks ago but now I have nothing. I am ready to throw this out the window! Can anyone help?
