Have been seeing some mention of Photoshop Version 6. Does anyone have information relative to availability.

Art, Photoshop 6 is currently being beta tested and I wouldn't look for it until late this year at the earliest or, more likely, early next year. There has been some press leakage on this version which Adobe didn't at all like. You can find some information on various sites, but much of it may have been taken down because of the threat of lawsuits by Adobe. Some of the highlights: 1. the 99 layer limit has been taken down. 2. this version is supposed to be much better at handling type. 3. it should support the svg (scaleable vector graphics) format.

That's all I remember off the top of my head, but I am looking forward to it.
