I am searching for a cost efficient way to create menus on my video cds. I am using Nero software to burn my cds which is unable to create menus. I am curious if anyone knows the file format of the menu system so that I may be able to manually create my own menus. I am told the menus are based on bitmaps and am curious what else may be involved. Or, if anyone knows where to get some free software for creating these menus, I would be much appreciative.
