Norman,

You need to install the Ricoh Twain driver (and an application such as PhotoStudio or the Digital Utility, although the camera will work with any Twain-compatible application). Obtain the drivers from Ricoh Japan downloads.

If you need an RDC-2 manual, hop on over to Ricoh USA and click Techincal Support>Digital Cameras>Download Manuals.

Thank you Henry for your response. The drivers for the RDC-2 are for Windows 3.1 and 95 plus Mac. I was working with Windows 98 and took your advice that the camera world work with other drivers. I chose a KODAK one and the camera works a treat. Thank you Henry. Norman
