Dilemma - advice needed please

Kit Kat have starting running a new competition here in Sydney (and presumably right across Oz).

My dilemma is this : if I were to win, I'm not sure which of the two prizes to take. Option 1 is $20,000 in cash. Option 2 is 15 tonnes of concrete (I kid you not).

So which prize would you take and why ?

This is the competition where the person with the best reason for the choice is the winner, isn't it you sly b@gger?

Think of your own answer!

Hand on heart I wasn't aware of that. I only saw the advert last night on a bus shelter and not any of the details. Gan on. Your answers will be safe with me....

Got to be cash - last time I heard the interest on 15 tonne of concrete wasn't that great. Unless you're in the bulding trade, where it might be a great asset.

It's probably quite a good prize if you fancy one of those Aussie self-builds. Getting the hard-standing sorted out is the really expensive bit, the rest of it's relatively easy. Bit tricky sending the big mixer lorries out into the middle of nowhere so they have to transport the water and mix sperately to stop it going off in transit. I was checking some of these out while I was down in Esperance: loads of people had been cleaned out getting the concrete slab down and were stuck in Petrocelli-style limbo living in tents until they could afford the kit-homes.
