This is absolutely hilarious. I hope that guy is drinking a beer, because that is certainly what he looks like he should be doing. The lack of obvious coordination between the three of them is what makes it so funny, and effective. These days, it's hard to get even one person in the frame without some kind of hamming it up.

I'm not exactly sure what he's doing, but the guy on the left has been in Alaska too long. He's picking up the local expressions. The one on the right is a chechako though. Looks like he drove to the end of the road and just sat down. The one on the middle is definitely Homer. There's got a dozen just like him crowded at the end of the Spit.

Congradulations Tony, you have captured the essence of what it means be at the "end of the road." Funny place, Homer.
