Losses were attributed to a range of factors
including the Company's decision to take one-
time write-downs of more than $350,000 on
several Company assets, heavy expenses
associated with infrastructure development
in its Internet relaunch and its partnership
with WholePeople.com ( who invested $3.6
million in the Company), one time costs
associated with the Company's moving its
administrative headquarters to Santa Rosa,
and a 4th Quarter sales decline in its
residential renewable energy business due
to post-Y2K demand malaise.
