Please don't laugh i need to edit my registry and add at certain points- please help me as i don't know how to get to the right string on the left to add something to the right.

PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE-IF SOMEONE IS KIND ENOUGH TO EXPLAIN HOW I WILL LEARN - I HAVE BACKED MY COMPLETE REGISTRY UP.
