It has two pointers and two sides with numbers, since it is out of the system the pointers are not on seperate sides as they should be. Why would it have two different set of pressures to monitor?

It is cabin air pressure indicator from a commercial aircraft.

One guage is for the cockpit and one is for the passenger section of the plane.
