IF you aren't interested in Web design? The Adobe site is really sad when it comes to providing specifics about what is in the upgrade. The Q&A sounds like it was written by the PR department.

Of course the obvious answer is - "it makes you $200 poorer".

Well, you've just about answered your own question in that last line. Apart from the web tools, you have to look pretty hard to find any difference from version 5.02. The colour management is supposed to be improved, but I haven't noticed it yet.
