Pretty darn fine, actually. The most important areas of my life -- home&family, relationships, productive creativity, work, looking ahead at the horizon -- are all alarmingly satisfactory. Life is good and there's no reason to believe it won't get even better. So, life's treating me quite well, thanks.

The current state of affairs is particularly pleasant because it has come after (and largely emerged from) a spell in which everything was quite the opposite of what's happening now. Being a believer is the fact that one's life and Self evolve from one's choices more than from any other force, I feel a certain sense of achievement as I pay attention and listen to my current happiness and other satisfactions - - and that sense of achievement sweetens the pot a little bit more.

Things are going reasonably well. My husband had a art show last weekend, and his peices are hanging for a month. We had our 1 year anniversary and stuffed ourselves with food and wine.

In tai chi I'm learning broad sword fighting which is really cool! It also excersises some muscles that I did not know I had...I'm tutoring 1 preschooler this summer in her home, who has a autism-related disorder. The family is an interesting speciman, hardcore Catholics where the Mom is literally pregnant All the time.

My girlfriends son will be 2 in July, I can't believe how fast he grows! He's truly amazing, and I never thought I could love someone so fiercly.

The only thing that would make me happier is for the heat wave to be cancelled this summer, I'm one of those people who melts if it gets over 75 degrees.
