Salt Lake City, Utah -The disappearance of Utah industrialist Jon Huntsman from Forbes magazine's list of working billionaires rattled some in business circles.

Did the chemical and plastics magnate lose his money? No.

"It was a total oversight. His name never should have been dropped," Forbes associate editor Kerry Dolan said.

A Forbes ranking of the richest Americans eight months ago put Huntsman's net worth at $3.9 billion. Forbes blamed a database glitch for the omission of his name from the annual ranking of the world's 482 billionaires, which was in the issue that hit newsstands Friday.

The magazine apologized to Huntsman and intends to correct the error in its August issue.
