I have taken the good advice and i now use the "Virtualdub" capture software.

Refer to my previous post to see what i have in my setup.

Problems still are present in that i plan to capture using AVi but when i playback the video picture is very good but it is jittery or jumpy???

Please advise.

p.s. could someone pleas outline my whole procedure that i should be using.i would be very happy if someone could be kind enough to do this.
