How much sodium sulfite to make 1 liter homemade "HCA" ?

I'm going to buy 1 Kg of sodium sulfite to mix my own speed wash solution and save money that way. But how much of the powder do I need to make one liter?

20-25g/L, or roughly a level tablespoon, or about half a plastic 35mm film cannister. As you can see, strength isn't critical.
