Mornin` lads and lasses!

Well that was fun last night wasn`t it!(:o)

No complaints about the team from me. I think they did their best - just wasn`t good enough! No recrimination against ugly Neville brother either. These things happen. We would not have stood up against Italy. And let`s be honest, the competition was turning very sour for us!

Would have liked Big Al to have scored first, as I was on to win #200 - took my winnings forward to last nights match, but what the hell, it was only a #10 stake originally!

Saddest thing was the look on Shearer`s face at the end of the game - my heart went out to him, and I hope everyone gives him a true heroes welcome when he gets back to the North East. The whole team have had to put up with some shit this tournament - and there`s probably plenty more to come!

Well done Auntie for showing yourself up for what you are by airing that programme when you did. ITK excluded, they are every bit as bad as the rest of the media, and for me, a bit worse, `cos I kind of like to think that the BBC should be representing us not knocking us like that.

Loads more points I`d like to make, but they will have to wait - I have got heaps to do this morning. Chins up everybody (particularly appropriate in my case) the real stuff starts again soon! (:o)
