This is a very general question. I just need a ballpark answer. If I've downloaded 40 color prints on to my computer and I have a Hewlett Packard 970CSE color printer - how long will it take my printer to print off just 1 of the 40 prints?

This is a VERY general answer: -A WHILE... maybe even a long while...

Seriously, this is a very hard to quantify answer. It depends on a lot of things: what operating system you're using, how much memory you have, what program is doing the printing or the spooling, how fast your printer actually prints, how large an image you're printing, how large you're printing the image, what quality(DPI) setting you're using, etc. etc. ad infinitum...

Perhaps, if you indicated how large an image (2048x1536 pixels, etc.) and how large you wished to print it(5x7" ?) someone who has a 970 could give you an idea of how quickly it should print once it starts printing out. It'll likely take a while to spool to a file, if it's a very large image, before it even starts to print.
