At the start of the first game this season, what do you think the chances are that we will start with numbers 1 to 11?

Answers

Probably none, but it would make a refreshing change. I don't know about anyone else, but I usually distinguish players by the way they move (or not as the case might be) not by the number on their shirts, so I wouldn't mind a return to distributing 1 - 16 every game.

Sometimes when the list came up last season and Lee, Dabizas and Pistone were playing the combined numbers were over 100. It always looks so dodgy, as if the decent numbered players are crap, mind you that is probably correct.
