And, if thats the price they're paying, I'm pleased that the price they are paying is so small. The thread in question deals with how bad dehydrated eggs taste. Some advice:

While I didn't "prep," I've spent much of my life backpacking, which means eating dehydrated or dried creations of one sort or the other for many days at a time. It's amazing how good they taste when you're tired, hungry, etc. -- and amazing how bad they taste when you are back in civilization. Indeed, there are some "staples" of backpacking -- like Mac&Cheese (with tuna and rehydrated dried peas, if you're feeling creative)-- that are just heaven on earth in the backcountry. But, would I eat them in the real world -- no way!

While I must admit to being a Polly at heart, I've no doubt that if TEOTWAKI had happened the Doomer's dried eggs would now taste delicious.

But, for whatever it's worth, be kind to those trying to use up that sort of stuff. I'll be living on it for at least a few weeks this year, as I have every year since I first bought my first #10 can of freeze dried eggs in about 1975.
