Had the girls been totally contained within the frame of light, I'd say yes, the flare is good. They would all have the halo that is around the woman at right.

The walls at both edges are too overbearingly rigid for the ethereal "Ghosts" effect to surmount, not to mention the cafeteria props and lighting in front (smiley face here).

I'd burn the forground and sides down alot, and hope for the rimlight on the woman at left to complete the backlight effect across the picture more successfully... t
