I have a Largan Lmini350 and I'm having problems downloading the pictures onto my computer. It constantly says that the com port isn't opened, but it is. My husband can download pictures onto his laptop, but not onto my computer. What's going on? Thanks Monique

You didn't mention it, but if you have a PC, do a and close some of the open applications. I have a Palm Pilot and its "hot sync" function was keeping control of the com port I had the camera plugged into. When I closed "Hot Sync", the camera loaded up fine. I now use a "flashpath" disk so now I don't have to fool around with hooking the camera up. Hope this helps...virg.
