Does anyone here actually own or had their hands on a Canoscan FS2710 film scanner? I'm definitely interested since it does both 35MM and APS out of the box and I have both.

What I'd really love to see is for Imaging Resource to review it (hint, hint).

We were supposed to get a 2710 to test a long while back, it never showed I think due to a snafu with the PR firm. I've been too busy to go chase them again for one, given the ongoing flood of digicams we seem to be continually dealing with!

Answering my own question: I searched on this topic AFTER I posted and found relevant links and comments. I still haven't made up my mind, but they're helpful.

Question: If I can get the Minolta Dual Scan with an APS adapter for less, would I be better off?
