A question that needs answering rather quick

Well a couple actually.

1) What times are euro 2000 matches kicking off in England? O.K. before tell me the games are in Belgium etc. I work out the time differences by using England as being 10 hours behind Oz.

2) Next do still have daylight saving going? becuase in our winter England is 9 hours behind. However according to listening to the BBC last night you are 10 hours behind. What gives???

3) For anyone who listens to the BBC world service and there sports program. Are they doing commentary on Euro 2000. They had it on Sunday night but started at 2am Oz est. After there brief roundup I went to bed. But it sounded like the days early matches had been played, and they were providing commentary on a later game France v who ever.

The mid-week kick-offs at the moment seem to be at 5:00pm and 7:45pm, British Summer Time, which is GMT+1.

Sorry Windy.....just to condradict a little.......ALL the matches, bar the final start at either 17.00 BST (5.00pm) or 19.45 (7.45pm)- the final starts at 19.00 (7.00pm)

The only other game different to that was last Sundays Turkey v Italy match which was at 13.30 (1.30pm) and that was because of some religious issue with the Turks playing a match on Sunday evening.

Main headline other than that Tre is, the two remaining England games both KO at 19.45 (7.45pm) on Saturday (17th v Germany) and again next Tuesday (20th v Romania)....after that I shouldn't worry too much, after the way we capitulated last night, England will be home on the 21st.

Contradict? What do you mean contradict? You've just confirmed what I said, whilst adding a little more information on non-mid week kick offs..;-)))

Tre,

Get a copy of Jacko's spreadsheet. It lets you put your time zone in and gives you the start times of all the matches. It's excellent anyway ;o))
