I am interested in buying a film scanner and would appreciate recommendations on an affordable, basic scanner.

I HAVE A MINOLTA DIMAGE 5400 SCANNER AND IT WORKS WELL. GREAT RESOLUTION, A BIT FIDDLY TO GET OPERATING AT TIMES, BUT THE RESOLUTION IS WORTH IT FOR ME.
