Does anyone know the value of E.A P's volume six....?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : The Work of Edgar Allan Poe : One Thread

If anyone has an idea as to the value of this book I would appreciate any input. THe book is copyrighted in 1904. The complete title is Commemorative Edition; The Works of Edgar Allan Poe, in ten volumes, with an introduction by Edwin Markham, Volume Six Tales--Horror and Death.

I also have this set but am missing Volume I. I remember that a puppy of mine when I was a child (47 now) ate it....most of it anyway. Did you ever get a response or find out out more info? I did a "google" search which is how I located you. I've been looking for a replacement for my set for ages but never had any luck. Thanks, Dianne

Dear Ladies,

Try Amazon, Barnes& Noble, Alibris, or any one of the wonderful Used Bookstores online. Be sure to check the "out-of-print" section. Or email them. I'm sure they'll be happy to try and track it down for you. Try locally, too. I hope you find your books! Good luck!

Best,

Laurie
