Perhaps - but probably have to include Shay or Stevie in the swap unless we can sell one of them on the open market. He is certainly "one for the future" amd likely to end up with one of the big clubs (Arse??). But I have to ask if he's so good, why did Taggert prefer to get Barthez??

Ferguson seems to like players (esp. goalies) with big egos, may be he thinks they're better adapted to the big matches, natural show-offs etc. Could be right? Wonder if anyone's tried Maric in goal :-)

#10M for Wright is wrong - eh Lynda? He's got the potential but so far unproven. Mebbes worth the #2-3M + Shay (= #3.5-4.5M) but no more.
