Can anyone tell me how to convert JPEG picture files to AVI Video files? Is there a program that does this? Please let me know!

The program you want is called VideoMach.
These folks have a number of offerings - including a software package that will take single frames and turn them into various movie format files (AVI, MPG, ETC).
They even have the capability to rotate movies!
