What the tournament committee should do is get two or three tee times near the last weekend of each month that match play is being played. These tee times could be used by players still alive in match play events, and could be listed on the web page. The players can if they wish play their match before those tee times, or the must play at those tee times. If the matches arent completed by the date of the tee times that the club sets up, then the players involved forfeit there match.
