Larry,

It appears you have a very early Central of Georgia rule book in your possession. If it's in average condition for it's age...some loosening of the binding but no pages falling away, light fading of the covers, and perhaps overall light discoloration of the pages but no tears or markings, I'd say it's probably worth around $15-20 to the average collector. However, on any given day your might sell it for more or less, depending on how badly someone wants it or what you're willing to take for it.
