One killed and 3 injured in Swiss train collision : Tuesday June 6, 2000 One man has been killed and three others injured in a train crash near the Swiss city of Lucerne. The accident happened when a passenger train collided with a stationary freight train at Huswil station.

The driver of the freight train was killed by the oncoming passenger service

The other train driver and two passengers were also injured.
