Answers

In relation to the journal at least, I ask "Does anyone benefit from reading this? Or is it just an exercise in vain self-indulgence?"

And I answer, "As long as a few read and appreciate it, and as long as I'm benefiting, it's worth continuing."

And then I remember that talking to myself audibly causes people to look at me with concerned wariness.

In more general terms, the answer is "Chunky, definitely," and the question is "Which peanut butter should I buy?"
