I have two scanners, a Microtek flatbed and Nikon slide. Over the years with different hard drives, Windows installations, etc., I'm not sure what version is being used, as TWAIN is showing up everywhere.

What is the best way to remove ALL versions and start all over again?

Delete the Twain and Twain32 directories in Windows, and re-install the drivers.
