What kind of platting do bread machines use on their hardware? Why if there is a posibility that washers and nuts can get into the mix, don't they have metaldetectors on the line?

In your e-mail you said you found steel washers and nuts baked into your bread. If you would please mail us the foreign object you found as well as give me your name, address,phone number and brand of bread you purchase.

Once we receive the information where you purchased the bread, our Quality Assurance Manager and our Director of Technical Support will notify the bakery that baked the bread to make them aware of the problem.
