Do you know if the LCD screen of Sony FD70 has multi-angle adjust function like FD50?

The diff between FD70 and FD50 are (1) 3.3 mega pixels vs 2.1 mega pixels, (2) Carl Zeiss len vs Sony len. Isn't it?

Any comments or suggestions on Sony FD70 and Nikon C990? Which one has better image result?

Answers

1) No, the S70 screen doesn't swivel at all like that on the S50. (But the S70 does have an optical viewfinder which the S50 lacks.)

2) That, plus the S70 has an optical viewfinder, also has an option for external flash (Sony flash unit only). The S70 can also record longer movies as well.

3) I wouldn't venture to make that evaluation for you: If this site's taught me one thing it's that image quality is a very subjective decision. Some people look at color, others at sharpness, others at noise, etc, etc. Use the sample images on our site to form your own conclusions: Download several comparable images from each camera, and print them on your own photo printer (or send them to Ofoto to be printed, it's cheap enough) Put the prints side by side and decide how they look to you. - You're the one who's spending the money, and who'll have to be content with the final result...
