There was absolutely no mention of Carol in this episode. Why do you think that is so?greenspun.com : LUSENET : Weekly ER Summary Questions : One Thread

THe same reason Lucy wasn't mention. Because they want to act like neitheir of them existed

cuz no one liked her? just a thought....

They were really annoyed with her for leaving so they just don't take about her. The same thing happened with Lucy and Jeannie. Dr. Ross was only ever mentioned because of Carol being there and now that she's gone neither of them will ever be heard of again.

Maybe because the staff was too busy worrying about Carter to care about Carol. It seems if you aren't in County General anymore, you are no longer County General's problame, so they focus on what IS their problem (i.e Carter), and consider Carol a thing of the past.

ER's time period seems to follow ours. If Carol left a week ago, most people have already gotten used to the idea and she's not that important anymore. :)

I think they just wanted to get on with ER (even though I almost cried when her name wasn't in the credits). I think they should have had Luka call her.

ok here is why. First of all Carol still works at County. She never quit. In the Seasons Premire they will mention her and Ross. Maybe married obviosly happy. They left it so people would watch in the future to hear what happened to her.

When Carol left she didn't really tell anyone except Luka and Mark where she was going. The rest of them probably thought she was sick or something. That is what I think!
