Hmm, not the best of weeks. I had three glasses of wine with Screach on Monday (although I'd onlt had mushroom soup to eat that day). Yesterday, though, there were free drinks in this really posh bar place in the City and the wine was so nice and the nibbles so gorgeous that I did indulge a bit. Accordingly, have only lost a pound thsi week. Grrr. NEEE willpower.
