When are schedules of next seasons victims printed. fixture list for those not quite as optimistic

I fancy it was always the last week in June but I think they came out earlier last year. Look out for them from middle of June onwards.

nufc.com reckon it's around 24th June, though being a Saturday they're plumping for Fri 23rd.

Even more importantly (to those of us back hyem for a week at end of October but whose Saturdays are filled with weddings), how soon after the fixtures come out do Sky normally announce games being shifted to Sun/Mons ??
