Dyer at Wembley next Monday?

Sorry if this is old news.....

I was up seeing a friend in Ipswich at the weekend and in the local paper was an interview with Dyer. He was in Marbella in a pub when the Ipswich playoff was on, keeping up to date with the score via his mum on mobile. Anyway he says hes going to plead with Keegan to have Monday afternoon off to support his friends at Wembley in the playoff final! He said it would be "lovely" to play against them in the premiership if they got up.

ANyone know if his wifes moved up to Newcastle yet? My mate has seen them a few times with their new nipper walking around the town centre of Ipswich.

Hopefully he'll be there with Robson signing Richard Wright when they get beat and soon after he'll be phoning Given to tell him he's off to Ipswich.

Definite possibility if Ipswich lose and dont go up.

Doubt very much if Wright will leave if they get into the premiership- the teams been through so much together over the last few years. Good stadium+pitch and great fans- i spent quite a few good days out at Portman Road when i lived in Ipswich 2 years ago.

As a neutral football fan, you have to want Ipswich to win - regardless of whom we may buy if they flop yet again.

Spud

Back of the Rose and Crown pub, Rendlesham Court (horrible place) Off Branford Road (Sp)? I was there for a year. Worked for the Council.

Haven't been to Ipswich in ages. Used to spend a lot of time there in the late 80's, doing some work for GRE, which overshadows Portman Road. What was that club called on the left if you walk into town from the train station? Can't actually remember any others..pubs a plenty of course. The Novotel and that hotel in the square, the Golden something? were my second home.

Club was called Hollywoods I don't think its there anymore mind. Or they have changed it's name. It was just like a big shed inside anyway.
