I am looking for Steve Grimes who does lens repair and cleaning. I need to get a Schneider 90/8 for Linhof Technikasetin a Toyo Lens board. I understand he is the person to do it.

Anyone with a spanner wrench, photographer, store clerk, camera repairman can easily do this. This is not a repair job.

If you don't have a lensboard with the proper sized hole and need one made then you need a repairman.

Why don't you simply mount the lens yourself?

Or, as this is a very old lens do you need a CLA?
