Which are the concurrent variables that affect the individualistic conduct and respect to the reactivity of the work in group? Exist so serious cultural variables and complex, that it is not possible to change? How we satisfy and/or we select the more specific variables that are more adequate to control the individualistic dispersion? I don4t think so there are inclaudicable values, sometimes we do not think and act as we pressumed.
